Start Your Ontario Driver’s Journey with Steer’NGo

New drivers must go through Ontario’s Graduated Licensing System, starting at age 16. You’ll need to pass a vision test and a written exam covering road rules and traffic signs to get your Class G1 license. This is your Level One stage, and here’s where Steer’NGo can make a big difference.

SteerNGo is a government approved Drivers Ed Course provider. By enrolling in our MTO-approved Drivers Ed or Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course, you can reduce the mandatory waiting period from 12 months to just 8 months, giving you a head start toward full licensing. Our expert instructors help you build real confidence behind the wheel from day one.

To become a fully licensed driver, you’ll go through two road tests:

G2 Test: Moves you to Level Two (Class G2)

G Test: Gives you full Class G driving privileges

The entire process takes at least 20 months, but with Steer’NGo, you’re not just counting time, you’re building the skills, confidence, and experience to drive safely for life.

MTO-Approved Beginner Driver Education (BDE) Course

BDE courses offered by us have Ottawa ministry approval. In our classes, a student receives both theoretical and practical instruction on traffic law, defensive driving, and driving in general. With Steer’NGo, your learning extends beyond simply passing the exam, it’s an investment toward years of responsible driving ahead.

In-Car Driving Lessons– Flexible & Focused Training

Our priority is getting you confident with driving, and that includes getting you on the road. Thus, we offer in-car lessons that include flexible driving times to accommodate your busy life. During all practical sessions, a qualified trainer will focus on your specific requirements, custom tailoring each step of the training to your pace.
